Safety Manuals are a stand-alone item and are not attached to any Job.
- Ability to view, add, or delete Safety Manuals is controlled by Rights.
Rights to view Safety Manuals in the sidebar menu (Rights Manager).
Right to Add or Delete Safety Manuals (User Manager).
Add new Safety Manual, or view an existing Safety Manual.
- Click the 'Add Manual' button.
- A "Drop zone" screen is displayed.
- Here you can either drag 'n' drop files, or click within the drop zone to open Explorer and select file(s) to upload.
- A loading bar for each file shows the upload progress.
Click a link to view an existing Safety Manual.
- Depending on the file type, the file may be downloaded first in order to view.
Download or Delete a Safety Manual.
- Click the Actions Icon.
