Rights Manager allows for the setup and management of Roles in the system, as well as control access to various features (such as approving or deleting records).
- Rights Manager is user to set Rights for every User in a Role.
- User Manager is used to set individual Rights.
To setup a new Role, or manage existing Roles, navigate to Tools -> Rights Manager in the sidebar menu.
- Create a new Role using the 'Add Role' Button.
- Edit an existing Role using the Actions menu.
Please note: Roles cannot be deleted or archived.
Enable/Disable Rights as necessary.
Each Right has a description as to what happens when enabling or disabling, therefore will not be explained in detail here.
Individual Rights are set in the User Manager.
