Once you have been assigned a Work Order, and its released to you, it will appear on your Work Orders dashboard.
The example shown below has one tech assigned to one Work Order. Multiple techs can be assigned to a Work Order.
Login and access the 'Work Order' page.
Open a Work Order by clicking the Actions menu, then 'View'.
On the Work Order view screen, you can clock in/out, view total hours for this Work Order, click the address to view the location on a map, change the Work Order status, and see a list of Tech(s) assigned.
Open the 'Work Order Actions' menu to add photos, incident report, or request a Hotwork permit.
Tabs at the bottom hold additional information.
Once a Tech clocks in, the status changes to 'Onsite'.
Once the work is completed, all Techs must clock out of the Work Order to be able to change the status to 'Complete'.
Once all user have clocked out and the status is moved to 'Complete', the Customer Signature box appears.
Customer enters Comments, their Name, and signs the form.
The Work Order disappears from view after this step has been completed.
