Physician Panel Cards are available at the top of every screen and are available for every user of the system to view.
- Certain roles have Rights enabled to be able to add/remove panel cards as necessary (see section below for details).
- Panel Cards are added to a Company and are viewable by Users assigned to that Company.
To view a Physician Panel Card on a mobile device, click the down-arrow to expand the menu, then click the 'Physicians Panel Cards' button.
Click a link to view the Panel Card.
To view a Physician Panel Card on a desktop PC, click the 'Physicians Panel Cards' button.

It is recommended to perform the following tasks on a desktop PC only.
Managing Physicians Panel Cards
Navigate to Tables -> System -> Companies
- All the Companies in the system are listed.
- These Companies are assigned to individual users in the User Manager.
- Each logged in user will then see the Panel Card(s) for the company they are assigned to.
To add a new company, click the 'New Company' button.
Click the Actions Menu to 'Delete Company' or 'View Panel Cards' for that Company.
To add or delete panel cards for a company, click 'View Panel Cards'.
Click the 'Add Panel Card' button to add a new panel card. Enter a Name for the panel card, then browse and upload the panel card file.
Use the Actions Menu to delete a panel card.
Once a Panel Card has been added, it will be available for any User that has been assigned to that Company.
Assign Users to a Company
- In the User Manager, use the drop-down menu on the User tab to select the Company the user is employed with.
- In this example, Alan Foltz is being assigned to the company "NewTempCo, Inc."
