Upload and Manage Documents

Each Job and Work Order has sections to upload and manage documents such as drawings, submittals, safety docs, etc…
Some of these require specific Rights to be enabled in order to view, upload, rename, or delete documents.


Uploads are added using the 'Job Actions' or 'Work Order Actions' menu at the top of the dashboard.

Click to expand the Actions menu, then select one of the "add documents" options.

Work Order

A "Drop zone" screen is displayed.

  • Here you can either drag and drop files into the shaded area, or mouse-click within the drop zone to open Explorer and select files to upload.


Uploaded documents are viewed and/or managed on the "tabs" located at the bottom of a Job or Work Order.

View, Download, Rename, or Delete files on the document tabs (available options are based on enabled Rights).
Click a File Name to view an uploaded file.
